According to Adam Struzik, Marshal of the Mazovian Voivodeship, the festival program is diverse and interesting, thanks to the collaboration with local government cultural institutions, rural housewives’ circles, folk artists, and craftsmen from the region. Visitors will have the opportunity to delve deeper into Mazovian tradition and culture through various art forms such as dance, music, painting, architecture, theater, and local cuisine.
Workshops and Activities
The festival will feature a range of workshops and activities, including vocal, theatrical, handicraft, culinary, painting, calligraphy, and regional dance. These have been prepared by renowned institutions such as the State Folk Song and Dance Ensemble „Mazowsze” in Karolin, the State Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw, the Mazovian Institute of Culture, the Jan Kochanowski Museum in Czarnoles, the Museum of Folk Musical Instruments in Szydłowiec, the Jacek Malczewski Museum in Radom, and the Polish Theater named after Arnold Szyfman.
Fun for the Youngest Visitors
For the youngest festival-goers, a variety of games, animations, workshops, 3D puzzles, and the „Mazovian Fairy Tales” courtyard have been prepared. They will also be able to watch outdoor performances, including „Four Seasons of Love” by the Polish Theater, „Important Matters” and „Star Wars and Sawa” by the Theater of Body Art, and „Tuwim – The Bartender of Magical Elixirs” by the Polish Theater.
Evening Concerts
In the evening, visitors will be treated to a concert featuring the bands Mikromusic and the State Folk Song and Dance Ensemble „Mazowsze” named after Tadeusz Sygietyński.
