The biggest price increases can be seen in the Cieszyn district, where prices have risen by 13% in Ustroń and 10% in Wisła. These destinations are still among the cheapest winter resorts in Poland.

In eight out of ten winter resorts analyzed, there has been an increase in the number of apartments for sale compared to November 2023. The biggest increase can be seen in Szczyrk (217% increase) and Krynica Zdrój (147% increase). Most of these apartments are investment apartments, also known as holiday homes, which account for almost 94% of all apartments for sale on Otodom.
